At Snowmass Chapel we take Jesus’ words in the Gospel of Matthew to heart.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat. I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you invited me in. I needed clothes and you clothed me. I was sick and you looked after me. I was in prison and you came to visit me... I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it for me."

Throughout the Old and New Testaments, God is passionate about issues of social justice.  Whether the challenge is a liveable wage, clean water, eliminating hunger, confronting AIDS, or the education of children, as people of faith we feel compelled to make a difference.

At the Chapel, our outreach ministries happen at three levels.  Locally, Regionally, and Nationally/Internationally.  We seek to be difference makers at each of these levels.

Currently we are significantly increasing our outreach efforts beyond the Chapel.  We are extremely excited about this and we invite you to join us in our efforts either through hands on participation or by contributing funds for these ministries.  We are in the process of exploring a large number of projects from which we will select several to invest and participate in, at all three levels.
